This is not realistic. Schengen visas require 15-20 days for processing after the appointment date. An appointment can take a day to a few weeks to obtain depending on the location and demand at that time. Also, the calendar is often open 1-3 months ahead, this means if you start for example in January, the only appointments that could be visible could be for Feb, March or April in some cases depending on the country. There is always the possibility of earlier cancellations that can give you a sooner date, but its best to start early!
